Day 4 and I am still on track. I am eating less and not craving anything, which is great since I usually crave pasta and chips. My first goal is 12 lbs or 12" or a combo of both in the first 24 days. My rings are loose, and even slide around. Tomorrow I measure myself and get on that scale. I am quite excited as I have been wanting a breast reduction (the girls have gotten quite large over the past year) This may be just the fix. If you suffer this fate you can relate right ? What area of your body shows extra weight for you?
